Institute of Pharmacy of Sechenov University hosted selection round of the contest ”Young Professionals” in accordance with WorldSkills standards in Pharmaceutics on March 1-4, 2018.
On the first day the participants got acquainted with the rules of the contest, safety procedures and the competition venues. During the next three days the 4^th grade students of the Institute of Pharmacy demonstrated their professional skills according to the contest modules. All sites were well-equipped and close to the real conditions of pharmaceutical organizations. According to WorldSkills standards, the competitions were held in a close format.The audience was provided with an online-broadcasting from all venues. According to subjective and objective assessments, the experts provided summaries for each participant.The participant with the maximum points at 3 competition venues became a winner in the selection round.

Sechenov University will participate in the national competition in accordance with WorldSkills standards in Pharmaceutics in Autumn 2018.

Sechenov University joined the competition at the end of 2017. Proficiency contest in accordance with WorldSkills standards under the competence of «Pharmaceutics» was held for the first time.
