My profile is blocked after expelling

After student is expelled, their personal account are not blocked completely. Students still can log in to it, but it's functionality is limited. Students cannot reach ELRs or Shedule, but can submit applications for academic transcript or for reinstating in the University.

If personal account is completely inavailable, please check your internet connection and correct login/password.
