REGISTRATION


Your registration is a confirmation of your lawful stay in Russia. You shall submit documents the next working day, but not late than 5 days after crossing the border of the Russian Federation. 

Every time you leave and enter Russiа, and receive a new migration card, you must apply for new registration. If you have been registered in another city in Russia, please make sure that you again apply for your registration after your return to Moscow. 

N.B. After receiving a new visa, you must extend your registration at your place of residence. If you live in a dormitory, please contact its passport officer. If you rent an apartment, please ask the landlord to extend your registration at the relevant local territorial office. To get further information, please read above mentioned information. You have to  submit documents the next working day after receiving a new visa. 


IF you are STAYING IN the Sechenov University  dormitory: 

If you are staying at the MSMU dormitory, migration department by e-mail invitation@staff.sechenov.ru or personally (Room 125, Trubetskaya street, 8/2 ) will assist you in applying for your registration at the local territorial office of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. 

To apply for your registration and obtain your registration slip, please contact migration department. 

IF you are STAYING IN a rented apartments:

If you are staying in a rented apartment, the apartment owner must apply for your registration at the local territorial office of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs or MFC. 

To register at your place of residence in a rented apartment, please: 

1. Contact the apartment owner and ask him/her to arrange for your registration at the address of the rented apartment; 

2. Check the website of the Central Office of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow to find the address of the local office where you must apply for your registration; 

4. Please contact the district migration desk where the rented apartment is located to obtain information in regards to the conditions and documents necessary in this particular district (i.e., a list of documents, office hours, contact persons, etc.,); 

5. Prepare your documents and submit them at the migration desk. 

These documents must be submitted by the apartment owner.


What documents do I need for  the registration?

Please submit the following documents: 

  • a scanned copy of all pages in your passport with stamps, marks and visas (if you arrive using an ID card, please make a copy of both sides); 
  • a scanned copy of your migration card; 
  • a completed registration slip; 
  • a document, establish your student status (hodataystvo). You can get it from our office in Room 125, Trubetskaya street, 8/2 or just apply documents by our email: invitation@staff.sechenov.ru. 

Please be kindly informed that the list of necessary documents may vary and it depends on the local territorial office where the documents will be submitted. 

ATTENTION! Pursuant to Russian legislation, foreign citizens who violate immigration regulations (i.e., the period established for migration registration) are subject to a fine of up to RUB 5,000 (five thousand roubles) and may be deported from Russia on the basis of a court decision, with a further ban on entry into the Russian Federation for up to 5 years.



РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ ПО МЕСТУ ПРЕБЫВАНИЯ: 

В соответствии с Федеральным законом от 18.07.2006 N 109-ФЗ "О миграционном учете иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства в Российской Федерации" место пребывания иностранного гражданина или лица без гражданства в Российской Федерации (далее - место пребывания) - жилое помещение, не являющееся местом жительства, или иное помещение, в котором иностранный гражданин или лицо без гражданства фактически проживает (регулярно использует для сна и отдыха). 

Сроки оформления регистрации: 

В течение 5 дней после каждого въезда в Российскую Федерацию или смены места пребывания в Российской Федерации, или в течение 3 дней после получения новой визы, иностранный гражданин обязан встать на учет по месту пребывания (оформить регистрацию). 

Исключение по срокам предусмотрены для граждан нижеперечисленных стран: 

Беларусь – 90 дней 

Казахстан – 30 дней 

Армения – 30 дней 

Кыргызстан – 30 дней 

Украина – 90 дней 

Таджикистан – 15 дней. 

Нарушение указанных требований является административным правонарушением и влечет наложение административного штрафа в размере от пяти тысяч до семи тысяч рублей с выдворением за пределы Российской Федерации.


Порядок оформления регистрации: 

  • Если Вы проживаете в Общежитиях Сеченовского университета, Вам необходимо: 

1)    Подготовить комплект документов: 

-копия первой страницы паспорта, 

-копия действующей визы, а также предыдущих виз, 

-копия миграционной карты, 

-копия регистрации, 

-справка из Общежития, подтверждающая факт Вашего проживания ( можно получить у администратора). 

2)    Обратиться к сотруднику отдела миграционного учета для сдачи документов. 


  • Если Вы проживаете в арендуемой квартире, Вам необходимо: 

1)    Узнать адрес МФЦ или ОВМ ОМВД по району фактического проживания. 

2)    Подготовить комплект документов: 

-копия первой страницы паспорта, 

-копия действующей визы, а также предыдущих виз, 

-копия миграционной карты, 

-копия регистрации.

* Некоторые территориальные подразделения миграционной службы могут потребовать ходатайство от Университета для постановки на миграционный учет. Для оформления ходатайства, Вам необходимо с вышеуказанным комплектом документов обратиться в каб. 125, расположенный по адресу: ул. Трубецкая, д. 8/2, или выслать сканы документов электронной почтой по адресу invitation@staff.sechenov.ru

3)    Вместе с собственником жилого помещения, Обратиться в МФЦ или ОВМ ОМВД по району фактического проживания для оформления регистрации.


Регистрация после поездок по Российской Федерации: 

ОБРАТИТЕ ОСОБОЕ ВНИМАНИЕ НА ТОТ ФАКТ, ЧТО ПОСЛЕ ВОЗВРАЩЕНИЯ ИЗ ПОЕЗДОК ПО РФ, ЕСЛИ ИНОСТРАННЫЙ ГРАЖДАНИН ПРОЖИВАЛ В ОТЕЛЕ/ ХОСТЕЛЕ, ЗАКОНОМ ПРЕДУСМОТРЕНА ОБЯЗАННОСТЬ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ ОДНОГО ДНЯ ВНОВЬ ВСТАТЬ НА МИГРАЦИОННЫЙ УЧЕТ ПО МЕСТУ ПРОЖИВАНИЯ В МОСКВЕ.
